Every effort to get a refund has been made virtually impossible by @ArikAir @ArikAirlineNg. I was promised that In 2 weeks money will be refunded but it's been a month now and yet nothing I'd love if @NigeriaCAA can look into this matter and help solve it @fkeyamo

In December I booked a flight from Lagos to Jos, unfortunately it was cancelled, I rescheduled and it was cancelled again and I had to look for another alternative to get to Jos since then I haven't been refunded by @ArikAirlineNg till now
