A third wave of drones appears to be reaching western Ukraine tonight. The past two rounds came very close to the eastern Polish border. Poland's RCB issued warnings both times, and air defense was activated. The threat for tonight is not over.

A Riga court has jailed a woman from Rezekne for six years over a EUR 43 transfer to buy drone-jamming gear for Russian soldiers. Latvia's State Security Service says she arranged the December 2024 payment through an acquaintance in Belarus. She's still in custody and can appeal.

Our alert for a drone threat in Eastern Poland went out at 22:50 CEST.

Poland's RCB posted its first alert at 23:04 and its warning to find a safe place at 23:24, 34 minutes after ours.

Our alerts are not meant to replace government alerts. They give people in these areas an early warning and a better understanding of what's going on. The alert and map systems are custom-built and completely free, and the apps are coming soon to Google Play and the App Store.

The air-raid threat alerts appear to be over in western Ukraine and eastern Poland for the night. Poland's RCB sent 3 alerts, one of which advised taking shelter instead of just monitoring the situation. Air sirens were also heard in Poland near the Ukrainian border.
