Per Russian media, earlier this evening, Ukrainian forces targeted a hotel serving as a base for a group of "military advisers headed by Dmitry Rogozin" (former Director General of Roscosmos)

Rogozin and former Prime Minister of the DPR Vitaliy Khotsenko were wounded.
