@BlizzardCS Why are servers locked again? Pagle + all of its connected realms are "Locked" and no new toons can be created. The older servers are fully locked down as well, even with existing toons on the server.

@JagexTwisted @JagexAthena Hi, my aunts accounts Kooky Katie and Kookytoo were falsely banned in Jan and Feb 2021 and the appeals auto denied. Only used official client, never botted. She had been subscribed since 2006 on Kooky Katie. Still looking for help 3yrs later.

Hi @JagexTwisted. My aunt's account "Kooky Katie" was falsely temp banned for botting two years ago, appeal denied, and then perm banned shortly after - appeal denied again. Subscribed since 2006, always used the official client, never botted. Legitimate player. Pls help.

Not 1, not 2, but THREE of my aunts accounts have been FALSELY banned for Macro Major, >1yr ago. Appeals ignored,cant get in contact with a HUMAN for help. Subscriber since 2006. Only ever used OFFICIAL CLIENT. Can ANYONE help? @JagexTwisted

@JagexTwisted Please review "SSF fe BTW"'s false ban. He is a high rank iron who was banned on the same day you looked into a lot of CG bots. Please fix this mistake so my friend can play again

@JagexTwisted @top25highscores Hello, I believe that my maxed ironman may have been accidentally flagged when you investigated that bot farm. RSN is SSF Fe BTW, I was permanently banned on 16/04/2023 and my appeal denied.
I have gained 3 cg kc in the last year.
I would appreciate if you could look into this?

@JagexTwisted Hello, my friend's account SSF Fe BTW was permanently banned on 16/4 for Macroing Major as his only offense. The appeal was denied on 18/4 and evidence states he was using illegal 3rd party software. He has never botted on the account, could you please review again?
