Hey @JagexAsh, hope you’re keeping well. We used to receive an email with some data analytics for our accounts for the previous month(s), but I can’t remember the last time one was sent out (between 2019-2022). Is this something no longer being done?

@JagexAsh Thanks for the reply 😊 I know most people will just use sites like Wise Old Man for tracking etc, but I’m sure there’s some cool insights etc that the team can offer that others couldn’t (can’t think of any off the top of my head though!)

I’m not a member of the LGBT+ community, but stumbled across the channel as it was being promoted in game. I was surprised to see what players were commenting and a Pmod being involved. Especially given the strides and lengths OSRS team has gone to to be inclusive

Woodcutting is the worst skill to train by far, tedious methods and resources are all but worthless unfortunately. Can’t wait for Forestry to hopefully sort it out and bring some life back to it

@JagexSupport hypothetical question, if you were gifted an item (regardless of value) by someone who you assumed was legitimate but later found out they *might* RWT, what are the appropriate actions and steps to take to dissociate yourself from that?

@JagexSupport @EbukaRey @AdamGonnaKhs @JagexSupport does this mean that a paying customer could be wrongly banned for RWT due to an algorithm and it would never be reviewed? Surely trading standards would have an issue with this, despite Jagex having ownership over what it deems a bannable offence?

@JagexAsh hey, is this a known issue? I’ve been a member of our unranked Group Ironman since maybe Christmas (joined after it was made), but unable to use either of the Dex or Arcane scroll. Was this restriction not removed after being in group 5 weeks?

@JagexAsh I tried equipping a Kodai (not yet got the reqs to wield) but that item only said I do not have the level requirements to wield, nothing about needing a KC. Potentially the level requirement issue trumps the KC as a block to being able to use it?
