Bug abusers of the past skipped quest exp rewards gaining them a permanent advantage over others of the same account build.

@JagexGoblin @OldSchoolRS There are 1 prayer accounts, for example, with Morytania access. A scythe is a pretty big upgrade, I think you would agree… there are at least 6 known quests that have had their rewards skipped. The CM team has seemingly ignored a discussion on this topic for some time now.

@JagexGoblin @OldSchoolRS also have those same restrictions. However, due to accounts which abused bugs to skip quest exp rewards, there are accounts with the same chosen restrictions, that have access to vastly more content (areas, clues, pets, clogs, etc)

Myself and others have been trying to reach a CM for quite some time now, as the responses we’ve received from jmods are typically: “you should discuss this with a CM.”

These accounts that skipped the quest exp rewards still remain in game and on the hiscores, making it impossible to compete.

@SaederRS @JagexNox For example, an account with level 1 prayer who has access to Morytania, or who abused a bug to gain access to trouble brewing, would have a major advantage on the collection log hiscores to a level 1 prayer account that followed the rules. PiP is just 1 example quest

@Alec_Sween A total number of accounts which have skipped quest exp rewards would be interesting to see.

For example, check where prayer exp on an account is < 1406, but has PiP completed, check where combat exp is below the amount from Frem trials, SotS with less than 10k in any combat,etc
