@i_am_s07 It’s not a matter of belief, replays show the wing closed and max caught a lazy spin from lack of rear grip. That RBR is a knifepoint handling car and unless physical data shows a failure I’ll hold my stance

However if the data lap-by lap shows there was a significant change in how the wings deactivated then I will hold my hands up.

I’m just going off what analysts show and to my eye the wing closes and I think it was a mistake (like I said if I’m wrong then I’ll hold hands up)

@WipsSZN @F1BigData @ErikvHaren I think the team “confirming” it were a way to just shut the media up rather than seeming to be blaming the driver (no team wants to do that)
even if the wing was open slightly the car would have spun around aggressively but max caught it and the front bit causing overcorrection

@glazerof16 @f1insightshub Absolutely agree. If the rear aero failed, he would have spun in a more aggressive manner.

The rear slowly lost grip suggesting the rear just lost grip as opposed to having none. Max caught the slide and the front caught grip.

Simple driver error pushing a little too much 🤷‍♂️
