Respected Madam,
We are the OBC student of jharkhand state. now we are facing a problem from 8-9 months...

...because they are ignoring to give the scholarship to some of the obc student who are studying out side state....

...we are calling continuosly in welfare dept from last 5-6 months...

...they either not response or if they receive then gives some dramatical excuses to us...

..that scholarship money is not enough in the welfare fund.thats why they r unable to give....
