@adamwren I have traveled extensively in Europe on business. I get his feelings. That is a BIG room for a lot of European Hotels. (Italy had the smallest I saw). Never saw a hotel in England less than £100.

@VanJones68 @davidaxelrod Let’s not forget that a birth certificate for w woman who took her husbands name is not good enough, you have to provide your marriage certificate as well. Good luck finding both those things for senior citizens who don’t live where they were born and / or married.

@JamesEBriggs @adamwren As a parent in the pre work from home days, one of us had to drop everything to stay home for snow days & stupid school holidays we did not get off, etc. I have zero sympathy for modern parents who have to deal with this.

@davidaxelrod I am re-reading James Mitchner’s Kent State, What Happened and Why. A fascinating read back in 1977, even more on point today. I am not yet done, so I am not going to comment on all the parallels or contrasts yet, but troops should not fire on people armed with phones.

@MSTODAYnews @Rodericka While I know nothing about this candidate, as a baby boomer I am here to say, it is time for us to step aside and let younger people step up. As democrats, we have a solid and deep bench, time to use it.
