After two and a half years, my time with @CygnetGroup has officially come to an end. I am enormously grateful for the opportunities I have had and for the experience I have gained during this time.

I am truly excited to see what's next!

Today I had the opportunity to deliver Experiential Group Therapy training to Occupational Therapy team members from various @CygnetGroup services in Yorkshire.

The training provided those who attended with the opportunity to experience Group Therapy as a participant.

They were able to experience the power of focusing on the Occupational Performance area of social participation, interacting with others and creating a sense of cohesion. They were also able to gain theoretical knowledge of the model.

It's #WorldOTDay and the theme this year is "Unity through Community"

For those who don't know what I do, I am an Occupational Therapist. I spend my days promoting the health and wellbeing of others through "Occupation".

This can be things they need to do, such as managing their personal hygiene, or things they want to do, like exploring new hobbies and interests.
