ମାନ୍ୟବର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଆଜି ଏକ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ସମାରୋହରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନରେ ୨୬ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ଦଶ ହଜାର ସିକିମ ରୟତ ଚାଷୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜମି ପଟ୍ଟା ବଣ୍ଟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କ ସମସ୍ୟାର ସମାଧାନ ଉପରେ ତାଙ୍କ ସରକାର ସର୍ବାଧିକ ପ୍ରାଥମିକତା ଦେଇ ଆସିଛି।

ସିକିମ ରୟତମାନଙ୍କର ସମସ୍ୟା ବହୁ ଦିନର ସମସ୍ୟା ଥିଲା। ଜମି ଉପରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଅଧିକାର ନ ଥିବାରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଆର୍ଥିକ ଓ ସାମାଜିକ ଜୀବନ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ହେଉଥିଲା। ସରକାରଙ୍କ ବିଭିନ୍ନ କୃଷି ବିକାଶ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେମାନେ ଲାଭ ପାଇପାରୁନଥିଲେ। ସିକିମ ରୟତମାନଙ୍କର ଶହ ଶହ ବର୍ଷର ସମସ୍ୟାର ସମାଧାନକୁ ଏକ ଐତିହାସିକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଭାବରେ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା କରି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଖୁସି ହିଁ ତାଙ୍କର ସବୁଠାରୁ ବଡ ପୁରସ୍କାର ବୋଲି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ।

ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଏହି ଆଇନଗତ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ବଳରେ ସିକିମ ଜମି ଉପରେ ଜମି ସ୍ୱତ୍ୱ ଥିବା ରୟତମାନେ ବଂଶାନୁକ୍ରମିକ ଓ ହସ୍ତାନ୍ତରଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଅଧିକାର ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହେଲେ। ଏଥି ପାଇଁ ରାଜସ୍ୱ ଓ ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟ ପରିଚାଳନା ବିଭାଗ ନିଜ ଆଡୁ ମକଦମା କରି ଏହି ସବୁ ସିକିମ ଜମି ସମସ୍ୟାର ସମାଧାନ କରିଥିବାରୁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆନନ୍ଦ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଥିଲେ। ଏହି ଐତିହାସିକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଫଳରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ପ୍ରାୟ ଅଢେଇ ଲକ୍ଷ ସିକିମ ରୟତ ଓ ତାଙ୍କ ଉତ୍ତରାଧିକାରୀ ଉପକୃତ ହେବେ। #5T

Driving across #Odisha by road especially in winter/
