@NoseyMJ @guardianculture Also, the purpose of this piece was to show other black people that Glasto can be and IS for them because we are already taking up space there. From the many messages I've received from other folks saying they want to go now, I feel this proves the importance of a work like this

@NoseyMJ @guardianculture Of course it's not everyone's cup of tea regardless of race but there is no denying that Black life is overwhelmingly urban and black people can be made to feel unwelcome in rural England. This has certainly been my experience anyway and many others that I speak to.

@NoseyMJ @guardianculture The drug buying was also certainly racially loaded. Yes white people may be approached too but we felt that we were targeted out buy someone and approached merely because we were the only two black men in the crowd there.
