With Kresge Library moving to a new library management system, please be aware that some library services may be affected for a short time as we transition. Please call Access Services if you encounter any issues at (248) 370-2471. Thank you for your patience. #oaklandu
In conjunction with our transition to FOLIO, we are pleased to announce that Kresge Library is now FINE-FREE for overdue materials. Loan periods have been extended for undergraduate and graduate students; they will now be able to check out items for the entire semester.
Please note that the library will still charge for lost and damaged items. Loan periods will not change for faculty/staff, guests, and alumni users. We are happy to assist in making educational materials more accessible.

Congrats to Professor Jeff Insko and his students from ENG 3681, Literature and the Environment, for creating a "whale" of a cool project. "Ishwhale" is stuffed with plastic and symbolizes the impact that humans have on the environment. Come see him in the library lobby this May!
Just two more days of finals to go! This is your reminder to JUST BREATHE and be sure to take care of yourself this week!
