@federal_power Why is that since the new Power Minister took over we have scarcely had power supply in Kuje. As a matter of fact we have not experienced power supply in Kuje for over TEN DAYS. Is AEDC trying to sabotage the new Minister even before he starts??!!
@aedcelectricity You guys at AEDC are the meanest most evil people on God's green Earth! For over 10 DAYS now we haven't had power supply in Kuje and you guys are not even bothered. Honestly I hope God doesn't delay your punishment and you receive it while here on Earth.
@aedcelectricity Please are you aware that there's been no power supply in the whole of Kuje for the past 5 DAYS and absolutely nothing is being done about it???!!!!! What exactly is the problem with your Kuje office???!!!!

If your knees, fingers, or lower back ache, and the answer is always, "It's just age," ask yourself this:
Why does age seem to hurt some people more than others?
A lot of that pain is not simply wear and tear.
It is inflammation — a low, constant fire inside the body that may be fueled by what you eat every day.
Cut the seed oils such as vegetable oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, and other highly refined cooking oils.
Cut the sugar and wheat. They can quietly add fuel to the inflammation.
Eat more fish like mackerel and sardines.
Eat eggs.
Cook with palm oil, coconut oil, or butter.
Whether you live in Lagos or Birmingham, an inflamed joint does not care how old you are. It cares about what you have been feeding your body this week.
Keep taking your pain medication unless your doctor tells you otherwise.
Painkillers can quiet the alarm, but food can help reduce the fire that keeps setting it off.
(For adults only. This is not a reason to stop any prescribed medication.)
Everyone kept telling her she just needed more sleep.
She was sleeping nine hours and waking up like she had run through the night.
One flight of stairs in her flat in Nottingham left her gripping the rail, heart slamming as if she had sprinted.
Her lips had gone pale.
And she had started craving ice, crunching cubes all day, unable to say why.
Ebiere thought this was simply what being a busy woman felt like now.
Almost in passing, in her voice note, she mentioned her periods had become "a bit heavy."
A bit heavy was soaking through in an hour.
A bit heavy was clots. For years.
She had decided it was normal because no one had ever told her it was not.
Her body had quietly been losing more than it could rebuild, and the exhaustion, the pale lips, the strange hunger for ice were not in her head.
They had a name.
She had simply never been handed it.
First, I sent her back to her doctor for the bleeding itself. That part needs a real examination, not a meal plan.
Then we rebuilt the rest.
Real food.
Built around what her body had been losing for years.
Eight weeks.
The voice note that came back had a different voice inside it.
"I took the stairs and forgot to be scared of them. I didn't notice until I reached the top."
Her words, not mine.
Some tiredness is not a lifestyle.
It is a deficiency wearing a disguise.
If you are exhausted past what sleep can fix, pale, breathless on stairs that never used to bother you, and your periods have quietly become something you have learned to tolerate, please do not call that normal.
See your doctor for the cause.
Then reach out for a well-structured meal plan on WhatsApp: +2349118909688.
Alongside the care of your doctor, we can help rebuild what your body has been losing and support it with the nourishment it needs.
Plans are available in English and French.
@Jaachi_light The older I get, the more I realize that some blessings don't arrive as money.
Sometimes they arrive as the ability to sleep peacefully knowing you did the right thing.
To George and Laura, Bill and Hillary — we're grateful for your friendship, counsel, and devotion to this country. And to Joe and Jill, thank you for being on this journey with us.
@HarmlessHQ@AbujaFreshboy I hate to see grown ups and educated people comparing their purchases in other currencies to the naira. Can those living and earning in those countries compare their purchase in naira?
What can 6 naira buy in Nigeria for crying out loud?
7th of June 2026, 1:08pm, SunDAY.
I can’t forget this afternoon, I was helpless… I taught about my life in 20mins, I knew pain and learnt lessons immediately.
I left church W, #100 in my pocket, my house is 20mins from church trekking.
Already famished like mad, with no cash to eat or even transport home.
All I needed was $1 #1400 or #1500 to get ata gungun to and also get onions to make spaghetti when I get home
Brethren I couldn’t raise $1, The only thing on my mind is my Elon money dropping on Teusday to sort out one or two, survive the next 2 weeks and also clear some debts.
At that moment, I asked myself: where exactly am I heading?
Bruh this country is fucking hard rn💔🇳🇬
People are struggling like mad, if MasterDaBozz can’t raise $1 to buy pepper and onions to eat
How much more people that are introvert that can’t speak up, that’s not making money in web3, fighting their battles silently.
It’s a crazy time and season in Nigeria it’s affecting all sector 🇳🇬 not just web3
Please and Please, manage yourself wisely, cut unnecessary expenses if possible.
Most importantly, don’t go back to 0 please.
E mad gan ooo.💔
@aedcelectricity You are aware that we haven't had power supply for over 2 days now yet you guys decided to do nothing about it. What then do you need my details for? It is obvious you guys have no regard for your customers in Kuje.
@aedcelectricity Now that the national grid has been restored, can you please restore power supply in Kuje. There has been no power in Kuje for 24 hours now.
@aedcelectricity I am a bit fed up with these back and forth messages. If by now you guys are not aware that your Kuje office is not being properly run then you have a serious problem. There was no power for most of last week and it's the same this week.
