JB Neill will be back on the sidelines this season as the new boys head coach at Owen Valley.
In 15 seasons he is 226-147 with four 20-game winners, four sectional titles and just four sub-.500 seasons.

Isaiah White headed to Fargo, ND today as a represeative on Team IN. He will compete in the U.S. Marine Corps. National tournament. This is the largest wrestling tournament in the United States. Isaiah will compete in both Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling.

10 yard fly tests today… let’s just say, numbers did not disappoint! We’ve said it since day 1, “speed kills”. We made it a priority on day 1 to emphasize speed training, knowing there was a lot of progress to be made.

Bench max outs today complimented with upper body auxiliary work! Many PRs, as well as multiple lifts to join our All-time top 3. What is even better than that is being able to talk with all of our athletes to see how far they’ve come since August.
