@muifootball27 The new rule allow knee to the opponent even if the hand is touching the canvas. Changing from the previous rule. Other body parts that's not hands or feet touching the canvas, such as arm and knees on the canvas, then you can't knee them because they're considered grounded

Since Jeka, Indonesia have ZERO Road to UFC winners from then on. Meanwhile since Jubli, India has two winners on the RTU. I must say, India definitely has done a better job of developing the sport in the past few years. Just something that needs to be credited for from me #RTU5
