نکته بسیار مهم در ارتباط با فاجعه میناب این است: حتی اگر مدرسه بر روی انبار مهمات هم ساخته شده بود، نیروی نظامی مهاجم وظیفه دارد برای جلوگیری از کشته شدن کودکان، تمامی تدابیر ضروری را در نظر بگیرد و حمله باید متناسب با تهدید فرض شده باشد. در غیر اینصورت، حمله به یک مدرسه و کشتن کودکان یک جنایت جنگی است.

واکنش به آنچه رخ داده قطعا بر احتمال تکرار حملات مشابه اثر خواهد گذاشت. از جمهوری اسلامی حتی پیش از این نمیشد انتظار داشت که از جان کودکان این سرزمین محافظت کند. آنها حتی بدون موشکهای اسرائیلی و آمریکایی، به آسانی به روی همین کودکان آتش گشودند. اما این که حکومت برای جان شهروندان مملکت ارزش قائل نیست، جان آنها را بی‌ارزش نمیکند. چه اسرائیل و چه آمریکا بر اساس قوانین بین‌المللی موظفند که جلوی چنین اتفاقاتی را بگیرند. و اگر به این وظیفه‌شان بی‌توجهی کنند، قطعا باید مورد بازخواست قرار بگیرند.

@ZacksJerryRig It is a complicated situation; and like many dual citizens, I have very strange feelings…war is ugly, and loss of innocent lives is horrible. Yet we hear many voices from inside Iran asking for it out of desparation. I just hope for better days to come.
