BASIC TOURNEY RULES:
-Players' SR under 3249
-Managers' SR not limited
-Teams must provide team name and logo for production purposes
-Maximum roster of 9 players per team
-Obviously no toxicity
-Must #OWUCC Discord server for comms during matches
