Today we're announcing a project that we believe in.

Project Lazarus was created for two major reasons--

1⃣ To bridge the massive gaps in tiers 3, 2 and 1.
Through player coaches, T1-T2 mentorship and VOD review all players involved in our SIX TEAMS will have interactions with players at higher tiers every day.

2⃣ To give resources to upcoming talent and staff.
We aim to create an environment where not only players, but also staff have access to experienced mentorship opportunities. The program is inspired by traditional bootcamps in the sense that it injects a large amount of resources into each team. Normally teams at this level would not have access to these resources.

Project Lazarus was created with the hope that new upcoming talent will continue to sustain our ecosystem in Overwatch should they have positive experiences and see growth in their gameplay as well as in their peers.

This is our personal love letter to Overwatch.
