@MichaelAjobo@Blaxkpolarbear A seed can't be chemically contaminated to reproduce same chemical contamination, except you are thinking about Genetical changes done to them, only that is the transmitabble from Parent to Offspring and doesn't pose health risks either
Human food management is only issues
Using financial and numerical increase as the dominant metric to measure church growth is really weird.
The church is not a financial or fashion institution; it is a Divine one.
The early church certainly grew in numbers, and their liberality and generosity ensured that there was no poverty in their midst, but much more than that: they increased in grace, the fear of God and their capacity to represent Jesus on earth.
Our essence and mission will determine how we measure success and growth.
@MfonEkpeNkom_@MrnonchalantUTD And if a Christian approaches a Traditionalists with same act it will be right?
Even the Civil Law under which everyone Citizen & Association operates in Nigeria outlaws her action, so what grounds are you all going to stand on
Neither under mere human logic or law is she right
When ministers prioritise flashy content creation over genuine, messy labour, they appear like Nigerian politicians who spend more money on propaganda than on actual governance.
There will be lots of glitz, but the people will scarcely find Divine Value.
45 ! This boy here is helped by God. From A to Z, it is God all the way.
Saints, Today, please help me Thank Him. Give Him all the glory on my behalf.
And proclaim this new year “The year of The LORD’s favour.
The year of New Beauty. The year of Honour. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
GLORY TO GOD IN THE HIGHEST !
“to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.””
Luke 4:19 NIV
Not in this same life you all live does a goat get to make a dent on a Mercedes car body, if this was real it would be a factor everywhere stray animals are
Not even a Cow as big as its head is can easily create serious crushes on a car body without getting itself injured..
Let me brag about God with this story. 🙏🏿
Sometime in 2004, I was half-awake, meditating, when I heard a voice:
“Go and tell Cornelius Tay that the whole office must praise Me.”
Mr. Cornelius Tay was our MD/CEO.
Immediately, I said in my heart, “Never! Emi, ke? Me? 🤷🏿♂️”
At the time, the company was facing a serious financial crisis. There was little or no patronage for both the advertising agency and the water engineering company. As a result, salaries were not being paid.
When I got to the office, I shared the message with Foluso, who was close to the MD at the time.
“Hmmnn, Nduka, you want to lose your job.”
That one increased my fear. 😂
Then I told another colleague who was a pastor. He simply asked me:
“Who will you fear—God or man?”
With that, I summoned courage.
Mr. Tay and his wife came into the office around 9:00 a.m. I waited about five minutes for them to settle, then knocked on his door.
He ushered me in.
“Good morning, sir. God sent me to you.”
Immediately, his wife was startled. She held her husband and said, “Close the door.”
Then she told me something that shocked me.
They had been praying that morning, and God had told them that someone would come and tell them what they should do.
So they asked me, “What did God say we should do?”
I replied, “God said we should just praise Him. Raise our voices and praise Him.”
“So how do we do it?”
I said, “I will tell Pastor to handle it.”
We came out into the open office. Mr. Tay clapped his hands to get everyone’s attention. We prayed and praised God together.
Afterwards, everyone simply went back to their seats.
Around 2:00 p.m., we received a call from Ngozi at African Petroleum (AP):
Our cheque for ₦48 million was ready! The money they owed us for several months.
As we were still rejoicing, the water engineering company also received a contract from the Water Corporation at Ijora.
Two breakthroughs. Same day.
That was how God intervened in the financial crisis of the company.
And to think that when I first heard the instruction, I said:
“Emi, keh? Never!” 😂
So, yes, let me brag about my God:
He is good. He speaks. He provides. He makes a way where there seems to be no way.
PRAISE THE LORD! 🙏🏿❤️
Picture of my desk at the agency in between 2002 and 2006.
@EstarMykel Glad to see your posts again on the timeline, you are always postivite minded and exhort a lot
I noted you were off for quite a while and wondered what happened, trust you are good,
Don't stop posting on here please, light shines better in darkness, more of this. Thank you
My wife and I were reading Genesis 6.
When we got to the part where God was grieved by the wickedness of mankind, one statement stood out to us:
“But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.”
We got excited and immediately began to pray, “Lord, let us find grace in Your sight.”
But in the middle of the prayer, a thought came to me:
Was Noah simply fortunate, or was there something about his life that positioned him for that grace?
So we kept reading.
The next verses revealed that Noah was a righteous man, blameless in his generation, and he walked with God. Later, God gave him instructions, and Noah obeyed.
That changed the direction of our prayer.
Instead of only asking God for grace, we began asking Him to help us cultivate the kind of life that attracts His favor. A life of righteousness, fellowship with Him, and obedience to His word.
Sometimes we are quick to pray for what Noah had, but we should also desire to become who Noah was.
May God help us not only to seek grace, but to live in a way that finds it.
@Hon_Manii@FabrizioRomano Mid Thirties is a fantastic age for goalkeepers, Neuer is 41 and had his Contract renewed for an extra year
Alisson is Mid 30s and Liverpool won't even sell to Juve despite paying almost €40m for his replacement over 2 seasons now, the $15m set price is decent value for him
@Wtvtrend Control your anger, avoid 'love triangles',
an 'imploded beast' is saved, an 'explosive beast'' not really!
Better to take in the pain than unleash it out without control, this will be the end
They're not the worst but caught in 'mire of tragedy during their worst moments!
The whole abortion debate has me thinking about my own condition, and what it means for unborn babies with the same condition I have.
I have neurofibromatosis type 1(NF1) a genetic condition that causes tumors to form on the nerves. It can also cause epilepsy, vision loss, learning disability, and sometimes cancer.
I wasn’t diagnosed until I was 13 but now unborn children are being diagnosed in the womb. There is no doubt in my mind that parents of unborn children with NF1 are being offered termination of the pregnancy by doctors.
This makes me both sad and angry. Yes, I have had my struggles through life and yes I’ve faced challenges - but I love my life and I am thankful and joyful for every day God has given me.
Parents, if your unborn child has been diagnosed with NF1 or any genetic condition, please choose life. Your child deserves a chance to live.
@gistwurld0 Not totally true, I grew up to know many but did lose one and a close friend, however many without SS also left early so it's still dependent on health management
In developed Societies SS isn't much of an issue either cos of better healthcare, it cancels out the risk largely
@Iyoaiye_@SundayIroh50895 Is that your dividends of Democracy for your fellow Nigerian,..
You leave defending your own Position and switched to wishing evil on those you claim a Government will turn their lives around, what exactly is your wish for the people??
