@abbimalbon Hello! I’m 28 and had Raynauds since I was young and still living with it. It runs in my family on both sides too. Would be happy to chat 💭
@AmazonHelp Hi, my amazon account has been hacked. I’ve called the call centre about 10 times during lockdown and all times have been told someone will call back. Also emailed with no reply. I’ve been paying for an account I can’t access. Can you help? Ran out of options here
@AmazonHelp We have rang the number!!! Honestly, I’m shocked for a multi million pound company that either on the phone or online nobody can help us 😤 been paying for a service I’ve had no access to for 3 month and just constantly being told you’ll “ring us back” with no follow up!
@AmazonHelp We’ve called numerous times - it gets passed onto the “correct team for investigation” and then we hear nothing back. The lady we spoke to yesterday actually hung up! This has been going on since April!
@AmazonHelp We have called about 10 times. They say they’ll pass it on - then we hear nothing back. So we phone again. This is very frustrating! Please can this be resolved
@AmazonHelp Thanks for this but we can’t do this because the hacker has changed the phone number. So we can’t receive the OTP code. Hope this makes sense? So we’re stuck in cycle of not being able to get the code to change the password.
@AmazonHelp We’ve just called the call centre too and have had the person hang up! Just going round in circles as were being told nobody can access our details to change them
@AmazonHelp Hi, no we haven’t. We have checked out spam and junk folders. Some contact details have been changed in the account including phone number & password so they may be overriding the email too? The person has been claiming refunds for purchases we’ve made on prime.
@AmazonHelp Thank you! I appear to be paying for Amazon Prime when we already amazing prime subscription in thy is household and I’ve never used Prime on the account linked to this TV I use
