Your ministry philosophy (that I shared for many years) is derived from Acts 15, where James says, "we should not make it difficult for the Gentiles who are turning to God." At its core, it's all about removing obstacles to the gospel. You don't want anything to turn someone away from Jesus unnecessarily. You design your Sunday morning services with the unchurched in mind. Sound about right?
