As a debut #author I have enjoyed reading all the #bookreviews of Sentenced. Emma @bobsandbooks said: "You get a real insight into their relationship with copies of their letters sent, it’s fascinating to watch the tone/mood of the letters change." #memoir

Great to see our story and Sentenced featured in @CrimeMonthly magazine. I hope our story teaches people to never be afraid to be kind to strangers, and that you can always find friendship, if you’re not afraid to take risks. #BeKind#BeKindAlways#Memoir@literallypr

My daughter Emma gave me a book co-written by the @DalaiLama and a psychiatrist, called ‘The Art of Happiness’. #Happiness is a mental discipline, so every night I try to make my last thought happy and the first thought as I wake happy and stretch that out as long as possible.
Sentenced is described as a “delightful yet honest and raw story that leaves the reader feeling their highs and lows.” Thank you @ReviewStudioUK1#memoir#bookreview
Ceri @iheartbooks1991 said "Sentenced is an original & engaging book. Starting with the details of Andy’s crime & imprisonment, as well as how Andy & Vicky got to know one another. Overall, a shocking, moving & important #memoir that I thoroughly enjoyed."

The #GR20 is the toughest trek in Europe, beginning on the northern coast of #Corsica and ending in the south. You follow red and white stripes of paint daubed on rocks and trees every thirty to forty metres. The scenery is rugged and absolutely breathtaking. #travel#TrekTuesday
When my youngest son finished school & I’d realised that my marriage was over I set myself to do three things – GR20 in #Corsica, the Road to #Santiago & #Tibet. For the first time in many years, I was going to focus on myself & the things that I wanted to do! #travel#hiking
It is fantastic to hear that Kelly who thought she wouldn’t enjoy a #memoir was wrong! She said, “As soon as I began reading into the amazing lives of Andy and Victoria I was hooked." It’s lovely to hear her say that the ending “gave her all the feels." #BookReview#SentencedBook
Sentenced is featured in the Whinge Whinge Wine Blog Christmas gift guide, there is also a chance to win your own copy. Fran said she has found Sentenced “compelling and moving and have been picking it up at every opportunity!” #Christmasgifts

A gap year student #volunteers to visit a British prisoner incarcerated in the notorious 'Bangkok Hilton.' How could she know that a chance encounter would have life-changing consequences for her mother and this stranger?" #InternationalVolunteersDay https://t.co/MI9G2iPJ3K
Andy & I have developed a long-lasting #friendship which came about through such unlikely circumstances. It's wonderful to read this review which picks up on the special bond. "A great, in-depth account of two people who formed a special friendship that's very hard to come by."
Once sentenced Andy was sent to Bang Kwang central #prison in #Thailand. Here the inmates are 20 prisoners to one cell. I can’t imagine what it must have been like for Andy to spend 15 hours of every day in these conditions, knowing he’d been sentenced to 40 years of his life.
