Flock authorized uses amendment is back at PAC today. A casual agenda observer would not be aware this is a requested amendment to Flock use. The expansion of pretexts is almost comically huge and now would be an excuse to track anyone at all times, including for "welfare check"

Several Coalition for Police Accountability advocates have been here today noting its far more important now that Measure E appears to be on its way to defeat to get a hold of OPD overtime, civilianize sworn positions that don't involve police work

On the issue of the Chief search, Jenkins noted that it would be a pretty bad look if OPD's presentation was given by Chief Beere, a candidate, but looks like they say they've taken measures to make sure that doesn't happen

Price is still gaining votes. She won't win, but it will show she has a solid base that never abandoned her. It will be interesting to look at the map breakdown. 25% of the vote when every power center is against you through a three year delegitimization campaign is not nothing.
