Anybody who has success because of trauma also has failure because of trauma. So you sense you have huge potential, but there's all this inner stuff that's keeping you from reaching that potential.
And so the shame and frustration mount.

Behavioral "Flinching"
When we are wounded, we flinch subconsciously to avoid pain. For most people, their issues with smoking, drugs, alcohol, food, sex, working too hard, staying up too late are all forms of flinching.
