Our Nursery children grew tomatoes and cucamelons. Year 1 have grown runner-beans and sweetcorn. Year 2 have grown yellow courgettes and planted beautiful flowers at the front of our school. Well done all and a special thank you to Mrs Martin for your help. yum yum x 🌽 🥒
What a busy week it has been for our year 2 children, singing, dancing and celebrating prior to the next stage of their life journeys into year 3. You have been an amazing cohort and we wish each and everyone of you every happiness for the future 💙

So… the circus came to town. 🤡 In fact it came to our schools! Children and adults sat in awe and wonder as they watched the variety of acts perform - laughter, cheering, soaking and clapping 🎪 Thank you to our PTA HOPA for organising this great show. ⭐️
Our Young Carers came together at the end of the academic year today to enjoy a fun party with face painting, food and drink and games. Time to celebrate being them and all they do to care for others within their families. 🎉 🎈
At Schools Alliance for Excellence Governor conference for Surrey, Beverley Prentice was awarded a long service recognition award for her 20 years + as Governor supporting @OaktreeThe and @TheHermitage Schools. We thank her for her loyalty and support with our staff and children.
Some of our Year 1 children attended The Surrey Wildlife Trust nature reserve Nower Wood, today for wilder school adventures, along with some fellow Year 3 children from @TheHermitage school. They had fun toasting marshmallows, pond dipping and making wooden necklaces. 🐝🐞🦇🌳🦡

We were over joyed by the resilience, co-operation, positivity, integrity, respect and responsibility displayed by all of our Oaktree children yesterday morning at our annual sports day. A truly memorable morning and lunchtime picnic was enjoyed by children, families and staff.
Our Year 2 children had a fantastic trip to Windsor Castle today. Hi-lights included The State Rooms, Queen Mary’s Dolls House and St George’s Chapel. Today the Castle was safely guarded by The Royal Gurkha Signals 😊🏰🇬🇧
Our Year R children are having a wonderful day in the sunshine at Marwell Zoo ☀️even the tiger came to tea and the sloth woke from his sleepy slumber since Tuesday to come out to play 😊🦥🐅🦏🦒
