So, let's first concentrate on one thing the Minister of Work's, Byamukama talked about: That SPECIFIC ACT OF TREASON. He said, Shs 700bn was released for compensating people on whose land the road was passing....And that instead of COMPENSATING THESE PEOPLE, THE ROAD WAS INSTEAD PASSED THROUGH A WETLAND(public land), and the 700bn stolen! And now they need to get another 700bn to COMPENSATE these people.

Let's keep on that first and don't get diverted: WAS THE ROAD PASSED THROUGH THE WETLAND? WAS THE 700BN RELEASED TO COMPENSATE PEOPLE? WERE THE PEOPLE COMPENSATED?
Is more money now required to COMPENSATE them?
