L'union européenne, en signant aujourd'hui un accord commercial inespéré avec l'Inde poursuit sa stratégie de contournement des États-Unis et isole davantage ce pays qui s'est lancé dans une guerre commerciale contre l'ensemble du monde. Après l'Indonésie ou le MERCOSUR ces derniers mois, l'Australie devrait suivre. Il ne faut pas oublier que 83 % du commerce mondial n'est pas américain.
