The evacuated tube concept is believed to be 50 times faster than trains and the concept has been around since 1990. Companies are now looking into the possibility of finally building one and the idea doesn't seem too far-fetched. #3UA3

Found an interesting article comparing the book 1984 with today's real world. It's quite frightening to see that the book predicted today's surveillance system quite well, presenting a clear dystopian society. #3UA3

Found a cool video about the history of birth control and the strict roles of women in the 1900's which made contraceptive use illegal. Interestingly, biologist Gregory Pincus paired up with feminist Margaret Sanger to create the pill. #3UA3
