Obama was born to a citizen. It doesn't matter where in the world he was born he sheltered by the citizen until he is prepared to be responsible for self, in legal terms the age of Majority. Then he and only he can make the legal choice to be or not to be a citizen.
No one has the power to force you to be come a citizen, that is solely your choice.
He was born of his Mom and his Dad by their choice. They are responsible for preparing him to be responsible for self. When he is responsible for self he is the equal of his parents, responsible for self, he is created equal to all that are responsible for self.
@Thomas17495604@Sabiha1278 You can't hold intellect, honesty, morality, trustworthiness, integrity, sovereignty, responsibility for self, ideas, emotions, the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God either.
What is your point?
@EshaAA33 You were born to a Mom and Dad by their choice. When you reach the age of responsible for self, you are created equal to your parents. You have freedom of choice and responsibility for all your choices. Choose and grow on.
Congress is limited to spending money on the following:
Section 8
The Congress shall have Power:
1: To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts
and provide for the common Defence
and general Welfare of the United States;
but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
Anything else like child care, education, health, retirement is your problem according to "the more perfect Union" constitution.
Being sovereign means taking care of yourself instead of being beholding to someone else who controls the purse strings.
I am assuming your are talking about the second Union constitution, the more perfect Union constitution, when you say the constitution disproves my premise.
Please explain how that constitution, an area appropriate implementation of the Declaration, decides that someone other than you can decide, for you, that you must become a citizen.
That kind of power over another is how the King made Subjects out of anyone born in England. We the People's society rejected manmade law for the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God and fought a war to make our point about you and I being sovereign or the child of sovereigns.
According to the Declaration no one is a natural born citizen. Citizenship is a legal choice. Legal choice is reserved for those who have reached the time in their life where they have demonstrated they are responsible for themself, the time when all men are created equal.
Citizenship being a choice that cannot be assigned or the person doing the assigning has assumed that all men are not created equal, they are superior to you.
And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor. - Adopted July 4, 1776
Assuming you were desired in the first place, pledge or leave ... that is the choice We the People gave to a lot of people who's next choice was Canada, England or other destinations.
@brightwell96952@AntiLeftMemes If your question is do we have choice. I think the answer is always, we absolutely do and we are responsible for that choice otherwise we are not sovereign.
"When in the course of human events ....
And in support of this declaration, with firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor." - July 4, 1776
The parents of all visible in this video have failed to teach their children our founding document. They have failed their responsibility as parents and responsibility to all in We the People's society.
The sole purpose of all representative governments is:
"That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed" - July 4, 1776
"... all men are created equal" - July 4, 1776

Bernie Sanders, with a few years in Congress, think the Executive Office has legislative powers. That means the Executive office is sworn to enforce the laws Congress passes. Congress is limited to passing laws on the following:
Section 8
The Congress shall have Power:
1: To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
and has no powers to pass laws affecting the internal workings of a State:
3: To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;
Keywords "among the several States". No powers within because "all men are created equal". Those are the folks who delegated all representative government's powers.
Unfortunately, we have a president who does not believe in democracy.
Rather than trying to defend his dismal record in the coming election, he wants to change the rules & make it harder for people to vote.
NO, we will not allow an authoritarian to undermine American democracy.
According to Amy Klobuchar what you deserve is determined by:
quality education, apprenticeships, work force programs, and credentials (someone else saying your are worthy)
What happened to self determination, you decide?
In Minnesota, if you’re willing to work, you deserve a path to success. That means quality education, apprenticeships, workforce programs, and credentials that lead to good jobs. As Governor, I’ll make sure Minnesotans have the skills to build a good life here at home with 10,000 more apprenticeships and more.
See what else we’ll do to prepare Minnesota’s workforce:

As we all know the Supreme Court has no legislative or enforcement powers.
Congress's powers are limited to:

1: To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
2: To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;
3: To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes; ...
Keywords "among the several States". No mention of within.
Another way of saying: I am truly ashamed of myself.
We the People of the United States are solely responsible for the United States. Each of us.
We the People of the united States adopted: The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America. - July 4, 1776
We ratified the delegation of specific powers to every resulting constitution; local, county, State and Union.
"That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed." - July 4, 1776
We elected every person representing Us in every representative government; local, county, State and Union.
"And for the support of this declaration, with firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor." - July 4, 1776
