Ma, IPPIS has brought ridicule to PMB's administration. After several years of attempt to capture Federal tertiary institutions on board IPPIS, it's a shame that they are not prepared yet. February salary was paid after two weeks delay with short

payment. There excuse was that last promotion increment was not captured, they promise to look into it. March salary has come again with greater short payment. It's bewildering that some ASUU members are paid without registring on IPPIS and paid even in excess.
