I have a personal relationship with at least one of them who was part of a group receiving paramilitary training from CIA trainers at a facility in a neighbouring West African country in 1996. They were being trained to launch a full scale national insurgency in Nigeria before the end of 1998, but their sponsor got to Abacha first.
Afterwards, he got a green card for services rendered, and has since left the "fighting for democracy" scene.
If they didn't assassinate Abacha when they did, they would have made sure that all these idiots would have grown up facing "Nyanya bomb blast" every week from the 90s. And surprise surprise, as soon as their handpicked puppet left office and a nationalist came into power, "UN building explosion" actually became a thing in Nigeria.
Kayode Fayemi and Wole Soyinka had direct CIA handlers. They should come out and deny it if what I'm saying is not true, so that all these long overdue conversations that have been suspended for 30 years will finally be had. The budget funding Radio Kudirat came from the same budget that funded Radio Free Asia and Radio Free Europe - USAGM/VOA.
The wrong side won in 1998 and we are all fools who have spent 28 years celebrating the death of the man who was keeping us from becoming exactly the externally controlled tub of useless nothing that we are today. The bad guys won and they are literally in power now! The fact that people are STILL fighting with their ego instead of admitting to themselves what is so obvious 3 decades later is proof that one way or another, Nigeria is destined for a mass extinction event, either at the hands of its current American owners or at the hands of whoever will fix the damn place.
There are far too many human placeholders eating our food and breathing our air in that country!
Hey @thecableng, forget about the background of a lobbyist in far away America. If he has any issues, the American System will handle him appropriately.
Can you now talk about the background of Bola @officialABAT, the President of Nigeria?
So if you can't keep up with manufacturing consumer goods you just switch to weapons.
Who will buy and use this weapons? Perhapas if there are no natural buyers conflict has to be manufactured to push sales? I guess we can see why terrorism is essential
"Nigeria is a shithole", but your supposed non-shithole country was a beneficiary of Nigeria taking all the bullets meant for it in the 70s and 80s, otherwise it might still be called "Upper Nyasaland" with cities named "Salisbury" and "Leopoldville", and you would still need written permission to leave your designated "Bantu reserve area" and travel to other parts of your country.
At least 3 Nigerian presidents have been murdered in office for protecting African interests, including one whose assassination was personally ordered by Henry Kissinger for leading an anti-apartheid vote at the AU against US instructions just 30 days before he was shot.
Name another country on the planet where 4 different presidents have been killed in office since 1966, and each of these assassinations was a foreign-driven operation. Nearly all of the limited freedom from direct colonialism that most Africans have today is a barge floating on a river of Nigerian blood - apart from DR Congo, which is nearly 3x bigger than Nigeria, no country on this continent has lost more people to foreign-backed wars and insurgencies.
Many of you have gotten way too comfortable casually disrespecting Nigeria because you are not aware of the terrible price it has paid to give you the limited freedom that you have. If Nigeria had spent all those decades acting like Kenya and collaborating with your enslavers, by now you would be in your Bantu reserve with no internet access reading smuggled magazines with photos of Lagos and Abuja, and it would look like a different world to the one around you.
Nigeria will not remain in its current debased state indefinitely. It will surely rise again and when it does, a lot of this casual disrespect towards Nigeria and Nigerians will be revisited. You will explain precisely what you mean by "Nigeria is a shithole" all the way from Mpumalanga.
Nobody is asking for any grace or help from you (which will never come anyway). You're just being notified.
None of this is my business.
You idiots will shoot at innocent muslim protesters in Zaria and kill 300 youths at Lekki, but will never shoot at Tinubu's convoy - the enemy, the same man responsible for your lives being miserable. Espirit de cowards.
Many of You have probably forgotten cos many Nigerians do not have retentive memory but if not for what happened in the past years, West Africa would have been in a bitter and deadly African War.
Remember when someone sent the plans of Nigerias attack against Burkina, Mali and Niger to David Hundenyin (I think) and Him publishing It saved Africa from a War that Nigeria wanted to start on behalf of France against fellow Africans who decided to remove France from their Countries.
To the person who leaked that memo to David, You are a Hero🫡
To David who posted it, You are a hero🫡
I want a Nigeria where someone living in Anambra State can be working in Lagos State and can commute in 30min to Lagos, close 5:00pm and be back in Anambra 5:35pm.
Skales exemplifies the dangerous Nigerian tendency of half-understanding of a situation. He almost gets it, but not quite. The idea that no candidate has the interest of Nigeria’s future at hearts is not exactly the appropriate way to put it. The main crux of the matter is that even when you find a candidate with Nigeria’s future at heart, a system exists that will prevent such candidate from securing the seat. It’s important to put it correctly, because I believe that the reason Nigerians can’t get out of their mess is largely due to misdiagnoses. They are always solving the wrong problems.
@AfricaFactsZone, Thank you for bringing this up. First, it's true I took back my ambulance & I have no apologies for that. Why did I do it? It's because they didn't vote for me. So did you expect me to walkaway with nothing? Galatians 6:7 A man reaps what he sows.
