This is why it’s important to preserve our languages as Africans. African kids speaking only English is not a flex. Why did you expect an African show to stick to only fluent English? Chinese shows speak only Chinese. Indian shows speak only Hindi. Japanese shows only speak Japanese but when it’s an African show we have to place a colonial language above our own language. That is hypocritical and ignorant.

The show is inappropriate for children. There are many other tools available to parents & families to use to gather around teaching moments, if that’s what you’re looking for.
Let’s stop breaking apart entertainment productions looking for gaps of what we hoped they’d do for us.

So many great shows that we unfortunately can't watch as families because of the explicit sex scenes.
