@AustrianGaoller @MoeruStorm Because it's a deliberate decision. They dont want the game to be complex, not this one. They made Connections as a casual friendly experience, and removed a significant part of the skill expression to do so.

@AustrianGaoller @MoeruStorm As a modder I can tell you this game is terribly optimized and there's a bunch of leftover stuff from Storm 4, including all these jutsus. They have been in the files since launch. Someone did make a mod that lets you select all the hidden jutsus and use them online though!
