While Tallarico does talk about that, particularly being pro-geothermal energy, he also mentioned wanting to make oil safer

@dlion346 @Mike_from_PA Their stance on immigration is also basically the same. Both advocate for more humane but efficient border security. Both oppose mass deportation. Both support paths to citizenship for many undocumented immigrants. Both have criticized ICE but neither support abolishing it.
