The United States is telling every airport in the world that from now on they belong to the USA. If this stands, it’s the largest global sovereignty grab of the modern era.

But it actually is part of a pattern in which the USA is trying to expand its domestic law onto foreign jurisdictions: Julian Assange (a foreign citizen in a foreign country) had to plead guilty to have violated US law to finally be allowed to fly home, the US coercing others to follow its taxation is the same, and now airports.

Any nation that does NOT forbid its airports to follow this order is a colonized territory.

In 1976, Nigerian journalist Sam Ogun confessed to DRUM that he had spent nearly 10 years spying on Nigeria for the CIA. He also warned that many other Nigerians were being recruited to infiltrate different sectors of the country.

He told the magazine, "The CIA has so many arms or branches — trade union organisations, educational institutions, cultural organisations. The CIA is the father and through these organisations which are sent to Africa to help developing countries. The agents or officers of these organisations use their organisations as covers to spy for the CIA."

Ogun said Nigerians could be recruited without knowing it, benefiting directly or indirectly from development programmes run by organisations he claimed were linked to foreign intelligence networks.

"You don't apply to be an agent or spy. You are spotted, trailed, and an assessment is made of you without your knowing," he said.

His own career as a spy began in the early 1960s, when he worked as an "information officer" for the American Motion Picture Export Company. An American film distributor known as Jack paid him to write reviews of foreign films for local newspapers, which were then forwarded to New York. Ogun said that was how he was first placed on a payroll.

He later confessed to spying on foreign diplomats, trade unionists, civil servants, students and fellow journalists. He said he was trained to use a camera and a pocket-sized tape recorder designed for espionage.

Ogun eventually retired from spying and explained his decision to confess: "I found out by myself the evil the CIA had been doing to Africa."

@gmanredux A democratic country kidnapped a sitting president of another democratic country by the way. Took the said democratic country's natural resources of oil and gold and blockades a small islandic country. Democracy is indeed the best form of government we should strive to practice.
