ALPHA FUTURES BANNED ME ‼️‼️

I’m asking @Alpha_Futures_ to please review my case.

I received an email stating that my accounts were terminated for “reverse trading.” I strongly dispute that I breached this rule and I believe my trading activity was misinterpreted.

What makes this especially concerning is that I had already completed the payout process and my payout was approved for payment. I waited around 4 days for the payout to be approved, then waited almost 10 more days expecting the funds to reach my bank.

Instead, when I expected to receive the money, I woke up to an email saying my accounts had been closed.

Since then, I’ve contacted the Risk Team and Support multiple times, and I’ve also tried reaching out through Discord and WhatsApp, but I haven’t received a response for 5 days and they just responded saying that their decision stands they some AI tools that’s not working well

I DID NOT REVERSE TRADE IN MY LIFE

and my access to the dashboard has been rovked so i can’t show the trades history

I’m simply asking for:
• A proper review of the alleged reverse trading violation
• An explanation of the evidence and how this breach was determined
• Clarification on the payout that was already approved for payment
• A response from someone who can actually review my case

I’m not trying to cause drama. I just want a fair review and an answer regarding the payout that had already been approved.
