Imagine reality as a massive sphere. Your perception of reality is a tiny dot on that sphere. It's nothing but a small model of reality, not reality itself.

Most people mistake that dot for all of reality.

They cannot imagine anything outside of it.

They cannot put themselves in anyone else's shoes.

They can't update their model and they can't understand any other perspective as valid or valuable.

When you believe you have a complete picture of the world, you cannot help but create pain for yourself and everyone around you.
