The letter in Boston's largest newspaper reads: "Dear Tartan Army,

"You came for the World Cup, but gave us something more.

@Uber_Support So far your replies are bots and pointless. The system sucks. Leave an item in an Uber and the level of help is clearly all down to the quality care & honesty of the driver. My "5 star" driver JOZIEL couldn't be bothered to reply or check despite getting my mobile no in moments!
