@Instacart it has been 9.5 days in a row that I have reached out to your team and appealed your erroneous decision to not provide a refund for my order when the driver never came to my door.

@Instacart does not train their shoppers on proper NYC delivery protocols for finding addresses, and punishes their customers instead of giving refunds for their errors.

@Instacart would rather have their customers jump through hoops and turn to social media for resolutions instead of actually assisting customers with issues.

@Instacart has the most horribly outsourced customer care team I have ever experienced. They lack empathy and the ability to work outside of scripts that have nothing to do with what the customer needs.
