The ASVAB is a good gauge of declining intelligence because it is made to actually qualify people into military vocations, not disqualify them, yet now it is 4 of very 10 takers. It also has takers ranging from the brightest to average to below average intelligence of highschoolers. A fuller range than ACT or SAT tests, which many average and below average opt out of.

Data for the ASVAB dates back to 1968, and the previous generations Boomers, Gen X, Millennials had a 1 in 10 rate of ASVAB takers unqualified to be trainable in the Armed Forces. (below 86 IQ) For those that do qualify from lowest to highest, all aptitude scores are lower than previous generations.

Women being majority post marriage and family, there is no motivation to be loyal to women any longer. I don't advocate such, I am just stating the reality of the post marriage/ family era. Solutions: mandatory paternity testing, abandon no fault divorce, keep child support get rid of spousal support, do not incentivize single motherhood.
