Many businesses have still not recovered from those, as no appropriate funding was ever received.

Over the years I have been very blessed to fight election campaigns with very courteous opponents.
Indeed my predecessor Mr Gareth Jones OBE (no longer Plaid Cymru) has always been the perfect gentleman when we contested our @ConwyCBC seats and since.
