i swear i am never travelling eurostar again after this trip, out of 6 bookings with them this is the 4th time my train's been cancelled. eurostar has been so worthless i'm getting a car just to be able to go home reliably

@Eurostar So you cancel our train, say "click contact us to request a refund" and then turn the contact form off?! And when we call we are directed back to that broken contact form link?! You have one last chance to help me before I file a chargeback with my bank.

To all those searching Eurostar to find out what's happening: St Pancras personnel have just announced all trains are cancelled for the rest of the day.

@Eurostar "could be disrupted"?! It's been 30 minutes since we were supposed to leave St Pancras and we are still in the station, been thrown out of the queue and had absolutely 0 updates on what is happening. I think "could be disrupted" is a bit of an understatement, don't you?
