@moseleywilliams It was last year, they said no. I tried for a while. I was mostly making a funny quip (since I saw your seat monogram). Ended up not being worth the time on the phone for the $$ it would have been.

@moseleywilliams Can you ask Air Canada to refund my Business Class ticket from when they changed planes to smaller planes so I stayed in "business class" but had just preferred economy seats?
