@BowOfChaos Hachi felt the added speed as the wind roared through his hair. He crouched down a little to maintain his balance, he was determined to not lose them again.

@BowOfChaos Hachi knew this was a bad idea in his current state...but he still went with it. He jumped onto the UFO with them, bracing his feet as the intense winds roared around them.

@BowOfChaos Hachi was starting to get hit badly now, but he was too stubborn to give up now. Whether that was bravery or stupidity...was up to interpretation. He just got a few shots in while trying to avoid their slashes, though getting hit a lot...

"Veronika, please..."

@BowOfChaos Hachi had fought someone with their weapon limiter removed once before, this wasn't much different. But though he may have been skilled, he wasn't for a barrage like this.

He needed to find cover until their special wore off, which was hard with the different bombs going off...

@BowOfChaos Well, Hachi at least had a fighting chance now. He dashed through the now destroyed wall outside and jumped over towards Veronika, back into a fighting stance. He knew he wouldn't win this...but he wasn't going to give up trying.

@BowOfChaos Hachi jumped back as the bomb thrown to his feet detonated, unfortunately buying Veronika a little time. He realized he was fighting a losing battle, both the physical and verbal. But he wasn't yet about to give up, trying to physically get in their way to stall.

@BowOfChaos Hachi groaned a bit, seeing that things were not going his way. He rushed over and began defending the gate, firing Blaster shots without the intent to kill. "Bre....Veronika, please listen to me. This isn't going to go the way you want, things are just gonna get worse!"

@BowOfChaos Hachi noticed the bomb barreling towards him and caught it with his foot, kicking it away before it went off. It still did, though only did minor damage. He fired a few shots of his own, before lobbing a Splat Bomb behind Veronika to cut them off and take the brunt of the shot.

@BowOfChaos Unfortunately for Hachi, they did manage to get a few good blows in while he was grounded. He braced, which didn't help much, but he was still in the game. Enough to aim and fired a few shots around them to cut their mobility and deal some damage.

@BowOfChaos -the intent to kill them, but enough to send them off balance....and also to hurt a little, as much as he didn't want to.

@BowOfChaos As the charge with sent towards Hachi, and with quick thinking, he turned his Blaster horzontally across his body to take most of the impact. It still hurt like hell, but he tried not to let it phase him. He instead focused a shot right beside Veronika's face and fired. Not with-

He narrowed his eyes, listening into their conversation, and sighing.

"I don't want to do what I need to, I tried reasoning with you,but you're forcing my hand. We're ending this, NOW."

And he lunged towards them, Blaster drawn. He was ready to fight.

@BowOfChaos And Hachi swooped inside, banging on the metal shutter doors outside. They fell to the ground with a loud *thud*, cutting off their escape route.

Hachi took a deep breath, Blaster in hand, and determination in his eyes. This was it....

@BowOfChaos At least, that's likely what they thought. Hachi was stalking the one exit they would have back out. If he could just get Veronika pinned, he could find out what happened, retrieve the zapfish.

Maybe even....turn them back....
