What is humanity’s greatest problem? Many would point to suffering, sickness, poverty, or unmet desires. Yet in Mark 2:1–12, Jesus revealed something deeper. When the paralysed man was brought before Him, Christ's first concern was not the man's physical condition but his spiritual one: "Son, your sins are forgiven." In doing so, Jesus showed that sin is the root problem of humanity, and forgiveness is our greatest need. Through His sacrifice, He came to heal the sickness of the soul and reconcile sinners to God.
What then should this truth produce in us?
Repentance. Dependence. Pursuit of Christ.
Having recognized our greatest need, we should run to God desperately and refuse to negotiate with sin. Every good gift comes from Him, and only He can satisfy the deepest longings of the human heart. Rather than trusting in idols or our own strength, we are called to trust His sovereignty, rest in His grace, and find our joy in being bound to Christ.

If you're a Christian who struggles with pornography and sexual immorality in general, here is something to help you along in your good fight against sin.
Praying it helps you.
The fact that you can’t find any decretive or declarative prayers (outside of exorcisms) prior to the 1900s with the WOF movement is a big red flag. Lol.
It’s not a polemic to say that a theology that popularizes that kind of prayer is faulty from its roots.
Keeping it real as a preacher doesn't mean discussing fables and social gists on a Holy pulpit.
There's nothing as real as the Voice of God addressing His creatures who must give an account of their lives to Him.
There's nothing more real than God's opinion echoed out to mortals who rely on Him for every breath.
We need to stop citing the daughters of Zelophehad as protofeminists. They didn’t “challenge” anything. For someone rebuking others about poor hermeneutics, you’re making the same mistake. And this isn’t even a tough text. Secondly…
What stuff is. “Submission is not subjugation.” Fine. What is it? “Headship is not domination.” Great. What is it? “It is Christ-like.” What does that mean? Because the Christ that laid down His life definitely doesn’t run a democracy with His church.

"Did God really say?" That was the strategy in Genesis 3, and it still is. The method has just changed. Sometimes the distortion doesn't come from opposition. It comes from a pulpit.
Ep. 3 is LIVE. Go check it.
