@edmsillygoose @indoor_wildling I saw it happen time & time again where I would socialize together & shy cat would not engage. Shelter would recommend adopting one (I would protest & lose) & a week later the shy cat was acting more extroverted than their companion ever had. It was almost comical sometimes.

@edmsillygoose @indoor_wildling Maybe I can make you feel a smidge bit better. I used to foster ✨️the problem✨️ cats for my shelter aka a lot of the shy ones. & while it's better they go together, separating them & socializing them alone would often help them far more than if they were together.

@SashaLigress It's a good starting place lol Ideally no one should prevent you from liking anything you like because social pressure should never be a motivator when it's a harmless like. But I find that logic doesn't often help me until I've used SPITE to get my foot in that door. Lmao

@HonkIfUrHoary We recently (finally!!) got our local stray inside. Trying to get her surgery & I'm starting to understand why people dump cats- the bar to get this accomplished has been so high. But she's inside now & will get the care she needs. We've named her Marge.

@squad_videos Can't speak on yt, but in general creative content, there will always be 10192 reasons to not do it. Imo there should be no reason to not do a project unless your day job is the most fulfilling thing in your life. Project runs out of steam? Take a $ earning break. Then go back.
