-15 + 2 = -13!

Adding 18 and 2 would be wrong , since - and + have the same value.

(+ And - have the same value)
(÷ and × have the same value)

Ex.
If 4 ÷ 2 + 4 × 3 , you go with (4÷2) and (4×3) ,and then the +!

3 - 18 is not positive 15. It is negative 15 because the B value is bigger.

If The A value is bigger than the B value , THEN it would be positive.

And then -15 + 2 = -13

-13 is the answer.
