As the owner I travel with yr airline as I've always believed u were a people's airline but maybe I might just abandon flying with u 4 the very fact yr corp staff obviously have no understanding of the moral compass!! Very disappointed & deflated. #virginatlantic@richardbranson
We had a wonderful area set up,complimentary snacks & paid staff members 2 come early 2 give u our best service.again not even a text of an explanation.Just blatant disregard 4 anybody in a situation that relies & trusts in yr booking. Cont/d #virginatlantic@richardbranson
When somebody no-shows on your flight it's paid for and they lose a significant amount of money .. when your company no-shows the only people that lose are the very small independent businesses that trust in your commitment. Cont/d #virginatlantic@richardbranson
1st time 2 weeks ago we were told it was a mistake & gracious accepting the reasons & accommodated u again 2nite 20xguests. Being diff times we didn't even ask 4 a deposit so we don't scare regular custom but maybe in hindsight we should. cont/d #virginatlantic#richardbranson
Independent Hospitality is struggling right now so imagine when a local major blue chip company local in yr community of Gatwick Airport not once but twice (the same department/contact) make a booking of 20+ people and no-show both times. cont/d . #virginatlantic@richardbranson

@fahren_berlin We are governed by rules in place from the government, police & LICENSING! .. anybody can come in to any pub in town until 1am ..After that you need to either have had vaccinations or a negative test so you've been wrong informed and Unfortunately we don't make THE RULES!!
