1/4 WOW, what a day! Yesterday's @NStarknet ’s event was an absolute success, and I'm still buzzing from the energy and excitement!😁 I'm so grateful to have been a part of the volunteer team that made it happen.🎉
🧵
Turns out the most talked-about part of my portfolio isn't the design…it's the footer.😄
I've had quite a few people point out that "Let's BUIDL" is a typo and should be "Let's Build."
Plot twist: it's intentional.
"BUIDL" is a term that's deeply rooted in Web3. It's a play on "build”. It's about building, shipping, and creating instead of just talking.
Now I'm curious…
If you saw "Let's BUIDL" on a portfolio, would you:
A. Assume it's a typo
B. Recognize the Web3 reference
C. Be confused enough to ask
I'd love to hear your thoughts.
I may have ghosted opportunities I never knew existed. 😭
I just discovered @X has a Message Requests folder... and there were messages sitting there since January‼️
Safe to say I'll be checking that tab a lot more often now.🥲
Please tell me I'm not the only one who's just discovering this, or am I?😩
MY PORTFOLIO IS LIVE! 🚀
I vibe-coded it with @cursor_ai , bought a domain, deployed it, and now it's out there.
Shipping feels different right now. AI has removed so much friction that the only excuse left is not starting.
Take a look and let me know what you think: https://t.co/WoCkY9RH9i
Ps, I’m open to work/collaborate let’s connect!🔥

Yesterday's match reminded me that domination doesn't always guarantee the result you expect.
May our portfolios not be giving 20 attempts, 12 on target... 0 job offers. 😭💔
Amen?!😂

Building with first principles, for the long term 💎
Saving money can be stressful, I know, but the experience shouldn’t be.
I was supposed to design just one screen, but I thought to myself, why not design more screens to enhance a better user experience, so I did.
But instead of starting with visuals, I started with the user’s mindset , made my research and sketched my wireframes. This wasn’t just about designing a screen. I designed the flow, prototyped interactions, and added subtle animations to test how progress and feedback can guide users naturally.
It’s a Good Monday to post, and here are my designs.
Hi, name’s Covey and I’m a UI/UX Designer.
I design intuitive, clean, and scalable mobile apps and websites for startups, from early-stage ideas to growing SaaS products. My focus is on clarity, usability, and designing experiences that actually solve problems and drive results.
Practice really does make perfect.
I used to avoid designing dashboards. I’ll say to myself, “it has too much data”, “it has too much pressure”. Today, I faced that fear and designed 2 different Spending Insights Dashboards, focused on clarity, calm insights, and real user behavior.
This screen asks the question, “What should I understand about my spending right now?”
This screen says, “Here’s a calm, honest picture of your spending, and one helpful next step.”
🚫Things I avoided:
1. Filling every empty space.
2. Too many charts.
3. Turning it into an accountant tool
Remember, This is a user-facing fintech product, not internal analytics, and Desktop doesn’t mean more data. It means better organized data.
Now I’m curious 👀
Which one do you think has better UX, A or B?
For those asking why do we need Privacy on Starknet?
It is simple, privacy is a FUNDAMENTAL human right. you need true ownership, and PRIVACY. it is non negotiable
